Awakening the Middle Octave: Elevate energy and harmony as sound flows through each energy center, releasing emotion and inviting inner balance.

In this Course Part, “The Middle Octave,” we expand from foundational tones to explore how resonance can connect with deeper layers of the self. Building on the grounding of the lower octave, you’ll now focus on uplifting energy from the center of the body through the intervals that resonate with each chakra. This work is not only about vocal sound but about harmonizing energy channels and inviting the natural flow of prana through open, connected chakras.

This section delves into the reason for aligning sound within the body. Proper sound alignment helps release energetic blockages by creating a flowing cycle of sound from the base of the body up through each chakra. This alignment allows for sound to resonate throughout your organs, rejuvenating and recharging every cell.
